At the moment I’m working on  template for Directadmin for Fen-IT (www.fen-it.co.uk). I’m trying to get it all CSS\DIV rather then tables, but not even Directadmin’s templates are CSS\DIV, so this might be hard. Will see how it goes

I’ve just restored the [IG8] site after losting it all from my old host. Unfortunantly the only backup I had was from when I first created. Ah well…. at least its back. Just need update it. Anyway, check it out…. www.ig8.org.uk.

Just got a VDS. It’s Xen 3.1. So my hardware is like the same as if it was real.

It’s a HP DL380 G5… REALLLY NICE BIT OF KIT. Dual Gigabit feeds too :p

Any, I’ve got a 939 Server board spare, so I might either get a whole server, or a upgrade my pc then put my FX55 into the board and just get a case, good reason to get a nice new cpu for my gaming pc He’s what I’m looking at:

Netra X1 | Openbsd

I’ve got a Netra X1 lying around. The idea is to get OpenBSD, from there I’ll have a extremely stable server, which can run modern day software. Although the support is limited. There is a long list of software I can use (Openbsd/Sparc64 Packages). Still not sure what I’m going to run. I would guess something web based :p

Yip… server sold for more then what I paid! It’s aged over a year, and my how its aged :p

Shame to see it go, especially because I just got that extra 4GB of DDR2 PC3200 ECC REG installed :’(

Ah well, such is life. I’ve had fun, getting the server from Ed at Rapidswitch, slapping in those nice Seagate hard drives and installing Windows 2003 Web Edition. Moving on to the next project….
